She's so outrageous
As the week draws to a merciful close, I am once again reminded of my own mortality, due in equal parts to a mild head cold and the sudden death of Anna Nicole Smith. I have always liked Anna Nicole. She kept her former husband's ashes on top of her television — an act of practicality that struck me as twisted and hilarious at the time of "The Anna Nicole Show" but now seems both innocent and sad. I'm going to miss her.
In other news, I am back up to 184 pounds after having dropped down to 177 a week or two ago. I still hate everything about myself, but I'm looking forward to a few months from now, when I'll hopefully clock in at 200 pounds. I think that will be the perfect weight for me. I'm very disappointed in the size of my arms, forearms and chest but am somewhat pleased with the development of my lats, which I've been struggling to build for quite some time. I know my legs and ass are growing because none of my pants fit, but they still seem small to me. I'm hoping to buy some new clothes this weekend.
It's weird to touch my hip and not feel the edge of a bone.

out of all your "2000 parts"...one of my favorites is your lats. aside from your personality, humor, wit etc (obviously), i do enjoy your ass as well. and as i can no longer fit in many of my jeans, you have several very expensive pairs heading your way. at least temporarily...until you outgrow them too.

It's fine if you want to bulk up if that's your goal, but the fact that you "still hate everything about [your]self" rings a bit false. By most accounts you're a hunky hotty and methinks you know it. Most guys want a body like yours but are too lazy to do the work. I say flaunt it. Confidence only adds to one's studliness. It's ok to air your insecurities here, but once Friday night rolls around it's time to get out there and strut yo' stuff. Show it off. You know you enjoy seeing those yearning looks in their eyes. The looks that say--- "Wanna Fuck?"

I'm 5'7", 160 lbs. While I like the definition I have, I still look pipsqueaky especially when fully clothed. I'm interested in gaining 10lbs (of muscle that is). I'm wondering what sort of books, videos, mags, etc you use as your staple resources in body building?
Glad you're blogging again. Maybe sharing some of your body building secrets (including books you've read, people you follow, etc.) can be a regular spot on your blog. More power to you man.

Has it occurred to you that you could only gain the weight that Anna Nicole was losing? Now that her spirit has been released unto the universe, the connection is broken, and you're likely stuck at 184 forever. Another drug-related tragedy.
