Morning Transformation: Seth
What's the opposite of bulking? Cutting! Seth is 5'9" tall and was 220 pounds (my goal weight!) way back in April. After 17 weeks of starvation, he stands at a shredded 176 pounds. Way to go, Seth!

Wow. That is amazing. See... before and afters like this are the reason I get upset when people make excuses not to exercise because it takes too long to see results or it isn't worth the effort. Bullshit.
