My supplements
Got some great deals on bodybuilding supplements tonight from DPS Nutrition. Never ordered from them before, but a reader recommended the site, and their prices were awesome! So, screw Vitamin Shoppe.
Nutrex Vitargo Fruit Punch = $34.99
Cytosport Cytogainer Chocolate (2) = $57.98 at $28.99 each
Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Whey Protein Vanilla = $19.45
Optimum Nutrition 100% Casein Vanilla = $20.49
Subtotal = $132.01
Discount = $5 (Coupon code DPS1 knocks off $5 for orders over $125)
Shipping = $6.55
Total = $134.46
And they threw in a free DPS Nutrition T-shirt. I'm going to look so hardcore.
Many of you have asked what kinds of supplements I use, so there you go. (Creatine is included in the Cytogainer, which is why I don't buy that supplement separately.)

And you can cut the sleeves from the armpit to the collar ring and then you'll REALLY look hard core......long as you don't speak.

What do all these things do? Do you think they work? I don't take anything apart from one protein shake after my workout. Am I missing out on something?

I stopped reading your site a little before you stopped writing. But I'm glad to see you're back. I'm not sure if your writing or my perception has changed, but I like it a lot more this time around. It seems less critical of other people, or at least more optimistic. Anyways, have a good one, and thanks.

Or you could just go to mysimon.com, type in what supplement you're looking for, and it will show you all the sites offering it and what they all charge so you can immediately see who has the least expensive. Hello? You're on the internet.
