It's the former, by the way
You know, I'm not even looking forward to the weekend because I'll have to socialize with people when all I really want to do is lock myself in my room and -
I know I'm letting certain things get the best of me, but there are two things I don't write about on this blog - work and relationships - because having problems with either of these things doesn't make me special.

True. It's the BDD that makes you special. But your special qualities are the most endearing. Hope things get better for you.

at least it is the former. Jobs may come and go but boyfriends are for supporting your broke ass while you try and find a better salary.

Wow, it's really impressive that you're self-respecting enough that some parts of your life are off-limits to the general public.
Keep your head up.

I have read your silly-ass and interesting monologues for years and my writing classes always enjoy your escapades. Whether you know it or not, you're getting older and there's no stopping it. Body building and protein won't either. It's great fun to read about the inevitable decline of machismo. What remains is the distinctive written word.
